Tim is a seasoned housing professional, with a long and varied career in the Housing association movement. Starting as a Housing Assistant, Tim has worked worked in Development and spent twenty years leading stock transfer Housing associations across the North West. He understands how to develop services to exceed customer expectations and planning and delivering investment programmes to ensure that customers are safe and comfortable in their homes, which remain updated. Tim is responsible for the delivery of all the Group’s Property Services including an efficient and responsive repairs service by our in-house contractor; Three Sixty Ltd. His teams also manage compliance and building safety, asset investment programmes. In addition to maintaining existing homes, he is also responsible for developing new ones in part through our in-house construction team.
