Local community centre given a new lease of life thanks to a partnership with Dash Architecture

The Arthur Greenwood Community Centre in Stockport reopened its doors on Wednesday 23rd October 2019 with a relaunch event, where the local community, community groups, staff, councillors and partners had the chance to see its new look.

This vital community asset has been refurbished by a partnership between Dash Architecture and Three Sixty’s construction team.

The project fits in with the ethos of Dash, which is to work on projects which will allow design to positively impact on the community it serves.

The Mayor of Stockport officially opened the centre with a ribbon cutting.

Mayor of Stockport, Laura Booth told Stockport Homes,

“What a fantastic event, celebrating this great community centre, where the local community can get together. Well done to everyone involved.”
