Venues@cornerstone shine at Manchester Young Talent Awards as they take home ‘Hospitality Team of the Year’

- Accomplished their best year yet despite covid restrictions and closures - achieving £10,000 (a 71%) increase in revenue than previously generated pre-covid.
- The venue space has won Hospitality Team of the Year at the Manchester Young Talent Awards.
On the 4th November 2022, Venue@Cornerstone took home ‘Hospitality Team of the Year’ at the Manchester Young Talent Awards. Now in its 12th year, the Manchester Young Talent Awards (MYTA's), recognise and celebrate outstanding individuals and organisations within Greater Manchester across multiple industries.
Venue@Cornerstone may not be the largest venue, however its performance over the past 12 months and its contribution to social value is a testament to the hard-working Sales & Marketing Team. The Team is a credit to Venue@Cornerstone as well as the Stockport community who they also help by thriving to exceed their ambitious sales target so any profit can be regenerated within the local community served by the Stockport Homes Group (SHG).
The Venues Team is going from strength to strength, with two awards now under its belt as it also took home Gold in the Globee Awards for “Star of the Year in Hospitality, Travel, Recreation, and Leisure”.
Congratulations to the Venues@Cornerstone Team for winning ‘Hospitality Team of the Year, this award demonstrates the hard work the team put in to ensure the meeting and events space is a success.
