Here at Venue at Cornerstone, we aim to ensure you are supported from the beginning of your enquiry process, through to the very end. To ensure this is carried out, we have a dedicated and personal events approach in place. When booking a meeting or event here at Venue at Cornerstone, our team will be with you every step of the way. 

The Enquiry

Rather than an online booking system like most venues, enquiries can be made directly through email, over the phone, or by using the enquiry form on our website. 

This allows our team to work closely with the booker to ensure they choose the right room and layout for their meetings and events. The team will discuss set-up and arrival times, break times, IT requirements and so much more to ensure that on the day, the booker can turn up in the knowledge that everything will be set up and ready to go as agreed. 

Planning Your Event

With multiple rooms all holding a variety of capacities in different layouts, our team are experts on knowing what layout and room will work best, based on the enquiry. If the meeting organiser is unsure of what they may need, our team will invite the organiser to our venue ahead of the booking to see the space in person and discuss different options for the event. 

All the details, all in one place!

After the booking has been confirmed, a provisional booking email will be sent to the organiser. Within this email, all the details will be confirmed, from the date, time, layout and number of delegates. All the details of the booking are in one place and can be referred back to at any time. If the organiser would like to amend the details at any point between confirming the booking, and the event taking place, they can simply respond to the email to get in touch with the team. 

Within this email, other relevant details can also be found such as invoicing, catering, cancellation policy and so much more. But if there was anything the organiser wanted to confirm, our team are just an email or phone call away. 

Support on the day

The day of the booking has arrived! From the moment the attendees walk through the door, right through to departure, our team will be on hand for anything any attendee may need.

From smaller requirements, such as needing a pen, or document printing, right through to IT assistance or even taking a group photo, we are here all day! 

Once the event is over, our team will still just be a phone call or an email away. If any of the attendees leave anything in the space, the organiser has invoicing queries or the group would like to book in for another day, just get in touch and we will be more than happy to help!
