At the beginning of every March, the construction industry celebrates the influential roles women within the industry play. From carpenters to stone masons and land surveyors, to property sales, project managers and CEO’s, the annual campaign brings to the fore the opportunities that are available for women in construction, whilst recognising the challenges and barriers that have historically created a widely male-dominated field.
