Stockport Homes Group have welcomed three new Board Members. During continued growth, the new members bring a wealth of experience from across a number of sectors.

The new Board Members are:

• Maria Earl – Maria is a senior HR professional with experience across a range of sectors including manufacturing and transportation, latterly working for Arriva for the last decade. As well as her experience within HR, Maria also brings her expertise as a non-exec for Forward Education Trust, based in the West Midlands providing education for children and young adults with additional needs.
• Nasrin Fazal - Nasrin has over 25 years’ experience of leading and delivering Change, IT and Transformation in Higher Education, Housing and Local Government. Her passions lie in continuous improvement and achieving the highest standards possible for employees, customers and partners.
• Alistair Chapman - Alistair is a Senior Director in the Development Advisory Team at CBRE. He has a track record of advising on development strategy and delivery in the North West and the UK regions. Alistair is very familiar with Stockport, having previously lived locally for eight years whilst also having worked on the Town’s regenerative transformation for the past ten years. Alistair is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Customer Focus Committee.
