As the housing crisis looms, Stockport Homes Group continue to do everything it can to help provide affordable housing options across the Borough. With this in mind, Stockport Homes Group has launched a new website for its in-house lettings agency Three Sixty Living. 

Three Sixty Living does lettings differently. Made up of a team of property experts with over 50 years’ experience between them, the team is driven by a mission to achieve social, community and environmental benefits through their work. Offering award-winning lettings and property management services, the team focus on matching tenants with landlords.  

Anila Khalid, Assistant Director of Neighbourhoods says, “At SHG we have an increasing list of people wanting to live in a property managed by us and demand is much larger than supply. We are proud to be able to offer private renting through our in-house lettings agency as another option. We are doing all we can to help change the landscape of affordable housing across our Borough. From affordable new builds to private renting, we continue to prioritise providing the people of Stockport with quality homes to live in.” 

Previously sharing web space with other services in the Group, the team at Three Sixty Living are delighted to have their own website. Emma Crick, Head of Three Sixty Living says, “Having our own web space will be a game changer for our team! We are proud to be able to direct potential landlords and tenants to a space dedicated entirely to their needs and one that answers their questions.”  

Three Sixty Living has a growing list of interested tenants and is always keen to speak with landlords in the Stockport area and across Greater Manchester who would like property management services.
