Stockport Homes achieves record performance in Customer Service Excellence Accreditation
We’re proud to announce that Stockport Homes has retained its Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation, achieving our strongest result yet and setting a new benchmark for excellent customer service.
Stockport Homes has held the nationally recognised CSE accreditation since 2007, reflecting our long-standing commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The CSE Standard is an independent validation awarded to organisations that consistently demonstrate customer-focused practices, continuous improvement, and sector-leading performance.
We pursue this accreditation to benchmark ourselves against best practice, drive ongoing improvements, and ensure our services truly meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
The CSE assessor recognised our dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience, praising the professionalism of our colleagues, insights gained from our customer focus groups, and the significant progress made over the last 12 months.
As part of the assessment, three significant projects were highlighted: Finding Our Silences, ASB Complainant Support, and Keeping Our Customers Safe Learning Pathway.
Compliance Plus scores are only awarded when an organisation exceeds the requirements of the Standard and demonstrates exceptional or sector leading practice.
Stockport Homes achieved 14 Compliance Plus scores last year and our recent assessment has meant a further four Compliance Plus scores have been added, achieving a new record and positioning us as a leader in customer service excellence.
