This achievement comes after Stockport Homes Group implemented several ground-breaking initiatives, such as colleague groups that celebrate the diversity and champion voice, innovative growth pathways that provide opportunities to learn new skills and develop careers and on-going welfare support in the form of free counselling, money and energy advice during times of economy uncertainty.

Participating organisations up and down the country take part in the anonymous survey, which generates an accurate account of employee welfare, productivity, inclusion and effective leadership before the position of each entrant is confirmed.
