Stockport Homes Group celebrate 14 consecutive ‘Best Company’ years
Stockport Homes has been named again in the prestigious Best Companies List 2022, and as a Three Star organisation. This is a landmark year for the organisation, with another company under the Stockport Homes Group umbrella, Three Sixty also achieving One Star in its first year of entering.
Celebrating its 14th consecutive year in the prestigious list, the groups continued to commitment to ‘World Class’ colleague engagement has ensured excellent services have been delivered to their customers by working collaboratively, guided by their mission “One Team – Transforming Lives”, keeping team members safe, connected and maintaining their commitment to engagement.
The placing is determined by an anonymous survey of all staff at participating organisations throughout the country. It takes into account factors such as effective leadership, social principles, and staff wellbeing.
We are delighted to be named as a Best Company to work for, our 14th consecutive year in the list. I am particularly proud to see two of our companies in the list this year, Three Sixty have done exceptionally well to be named during a time when the construction industry is struggling. Our colleagues have worked exceptionally hard to deliver excellent services during what has been globally a difficult time whilst we have continued to support colleagues to be connected and engaged and to keep on transforming lives.
