Stockport Homes Group has been named as a finalist in the Northern Housing Awards 2022 in three categories.

Landlord of the Year, which showcases landlords that put tenants at the heart of everything that they do, who are passionate about delivering additional services to customers and are finding innovative ways to support tenants from employment and training initiatives to financial advice.

Three Sixty has also been shortlisted for Best Contractor and SHG have been shortlisted for Best Retrofit for their contribution to the ‘Homes as Energy Systems’ project which collectively across Greater Manchester will see over 700 energy efficiency measures installed in one of the largest low carbon projects in the Northwest. This cross team and collaborative working will see the quality of homes and communities improve across the North.

These awards celebrate and promote all the great things the Northern Powerhouse’s affordable housing providers and their supply chain partners are doing. The winners will be announced at a event on 17th May.
