Stockport Homes Group named finalists in the CIH Awards
Stockport Homes Group has been named a finalist at the CIH Awards for Excellence in Customer Service, Housing Organisation of the Year and Young achiever in housing.
The groups customer access service stayed a main priority for the group during covid, with reception team and ‘one number’ team working closely together to ensure its most vulnerable customers could access services in their own way.
Stockport Homes Group has been nominated for ‘Housing Organisation of the Year’ for its working environment where team members feel they truly belong to the SHG family and are encouraged and supported to ‘be the best they can be’. Although the group have achieved a lot, the engagement journey continues, focusing on feedback, having great conversations and working collaboratively to provide extraordinary services for customers and communities.
One of the groups shining stars Eleanor Edgar how been nominated for ‘Young achiever in Housing’ for her dedicated to supporting the groups most vulnerable tenants in Temporary Accommodation, she is always looking to improve the lives of others and lives and breathes the groups values.
The awards will be announced on Friday 26 February during a virtual event.
