Over the past six years, The Windmill Café at Cornerstone has operated as a valued partnership between Stockport Homes Group and Pure Innovations. Together, we’ve created a welcoming, inclusive space for customers, colleagues and visitors, and something that’s made a real difference in terms of opportunities and social impact. Clients and students from Pure have had opportunities to learn and develop new skills in catering and hospitality that they will take with them to further progress their independence.  
 
Following careful consideration by both organisations it has been mutually agreed that alternative management arrangements will be explored for The Windmill Café.  Pure Innovations operate several cafés in locations across Greater Manchester supporting their clients and The Windmill will continue to operate; SHG are committed to keeping it a vibrant part of life at Cornerstone.  We’ll be sharing more as things develop, so watch this space.
 
We’re proud of everything that’s been achieved over the last six years and grateful to Pure Innovations for the part they’ve played. We’re looking forward to building on that as we shape the next chapter for The Windmill.
