Warren Milne - Head of Construction

Warren Milne is a chartered member of the Institute of Building (MCIOB) and has over 35 years of experience in construction for various private and social housing providers. In his role, Warren is responsible operationally for all the construction contracts and associated site delivery teams, including Capital projects, newbuild, developments, and refurbishments. Warren joined Stockport Homes Group in 2018 and the construction division has developed over this period into an established contractor delivering all the large planned works contracts for SHG and the assets team. Works undertaken included major reheating upgrades on the York Street estate, large roofing and cladding projects across various estates in Stockport, multiple kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes, fire door replacement projects, and whole house refurbishment. Threesixty Construction has also completed projects for external organisations such as the complete re-wiring of primary schools, fire door replacement programmes in schools, a complete new cafeteria installation, and full apartment block refurbishments.

Recently over the last 2 years, the Three Sixty construction division has expanded its work portfolio and undertaken new build projects for the development team at SHG from humble beginnings of constructing two semi-detached new build properties to now delivering major developments such as Melford Road which includes the full construction of two new apartment blocks, 23 houses and the completion of 36 properties where works had stopped with the previous contractor.

Three sixty are focused on the delivery, quality, health, and safety of all projects and are now a fully established building company delivering complex projects on time and budget to the highest standards which Warren is very proud of.
